Navigation bar which sticks on the top of blog really looks odd and one need to delete.
If you want to delete the nav-bar then follow the steps.

1.Sign in to your blogger account.
2.Go to Dashboard and choose template option which you find on the left side.
3.Click on edit html and proceed.[Note-Expand template]
4.Find this word using Ctrl+F

5.Just replace ]]></b:skin> with this text
#navbar-iframe,#navbar { display: none !important; }]]></b:skin>
6.Later save the template.
7.After that view your blog and you don't find any navbar .
